Agenda

AVS 67th International Symposium & Exhibition The AVS International Symposium and Exhibition has been developed to address cutting-edge issues associated with vacuum science and technology in both the research and manufacturing communities. The Symposium is a week long forum for science and technology exchange featuring papers from technical divisions and technology groups, and topical conferences on emerging technologies. The equipment exhibition is one of the largest in the world and provides an excellent opportunity to view the latest products and services offered by over 200 participating companies. More than 3,000 scientists and engineers gather from around the world to attend. Short courses are offered in conjunction with the International Symposium providing specialized training in specific areas of vacuum science and related technologies. A Career Workshop and Job Center are also offered to all attendees. The Workshop covers such topics as résumé preparation, job search skills, networking, interviewing skills, and more. The Job Center provides the opportunity for job seekers to submit their résumés and meet with potential employers.
Space Tech Expo Europe Bremen, Germany

16th European Vacuum Conference Marseille, France

EVC is an international conference held every 3 years in Europe (every 2 years before 2018) which aims at gathering researchers from University, Industry and Technical Centers to present and discuss the current state of progress in the field of vacuum sciences and technologies.
EVC is organized by the French Vacuum Society (SFV) and Aix Marseille University (AMU), with the endorsement of ITER, located nearby Marseille.
This five-day event will bring together leading experts in Vacuum Sciences and Technologies (chemistry, physics, mechanics, biology, interface durability...) and other professionals for exchanges through lectures and posters.
The IUVSTA-Elsevier Awards are designed to give partial financial support to four postgraduate research students within seven years of obtaining their first degree at the start of the congress to help them to attend EVC-16 conference at which they are presenting a paper.
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Marseille for EVC-16 at 2021. Please save the date!
TOKYO Vacuum Show The Tokyo Vacuum Show is organized by the Japanese Vacuum Industry Association. It's scheduled for December 1–3, 2021, at the Tokyo Big Sight exhibition center.
