Tweede editie van tweedaags event in Grenoble (Fr), ‘hoofdstad van het Franse Silicon Valley‘. Met beurs en twee halfdaagse congressen, gewijd aan energie/fusie (4 juni) en fotovoltaïsch/waterstof (5 juni). Ook wordt de 80e verjaardag gevierd van de Franse vacuümvereniging, Société Française du Vide.
De NEVAC-dag 2025 wordt op vrijdag 6 juni op de Universiteit Twente in Enschede georganiseerd; zie het programma. De inschrijving is open.
International Conference on Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD 2025) featuring the 12th International Atomic Layer Etching Workshop (ALE 2025). Locatie is Jeju Island, Zuid-Korea.Voor meer informatie zie de conferentie-website.
Conferentie in New Taipei, Taiwan, die drie events combineert:- Global Plasma Forum (uit Japan);
- International Workshop on Plasma Cryo Etching Processes (PlaCEP, uit Europe);
- International Forum in Plasma and Thin Film Technologies for Sustainable Development Goals (PTSDG, uit Taiwan).
Deze internationale conferentie wordt in Reykjavik (IJsland) georganiseerd.

Author guidelines
HeadlineKeep it short. Use a subtitle if necessary.
Authors
First name and family name of all authors, followed by address and email.
Introduction
Maximum 150 words, describing the content of the paper.
Main text
Maximum 2000 words, including introduction. Use paragraph headers after more or less every 300 words. End with conclusions.
Symbols
Use SI units. Explain deviating units. Explain symbols. Use italic typesetting for symbols.
Use boxes
NEVAC blad readers are researchers, students and technicians. Use boxes for specialist scientific or technical details and formulas, so that average readers can understand the tenor of your story. Don't forget to mention details of your vacuum equipment; use diagrammes and photo's.
File formats
Text as .doc of .docx files. It is always good to add a pdf file of the complete document.
Images
Always send images as separate files. Formats: jpg, eps, ai, psd, tif. Resolution: 300 dpi at printable size or bigger. Captions up to 50 words. If you want to use an image with extended explanation: use a box.
Fee
Master students and PhD students will receive € 250,- for published articles.
